My stay at the hotel was incredible. The room was spotless, very spacious, quiet, and had a nice terrace overlooking the volcanoes. The service was amazing, with staff going out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The location, while needing a taxi to the old town, was pretty close to the airport. Dining was really good, and the facilities were exceptional.

The staff here are amazing. They solved any issues promptly, like lending us a portable electric heater. Special shoutout to Gloria and Marco, who were very helpful and nice.

The hotel is adjacent to a busy commercial road and surrounded by construction projects. While you need a taxi to get to the old town, it's pretty close to the airport.
